フィンランド発の世界的ヒット・ゲームアプリの人気キャラクターを主人公にしたコメディ・アニメの第２弾。怒りんぼうのレッドが仲間のトリたちと暮らすバード・アイランド。ある日、長年抗争を繰り広げてきたピッグ軍団のリーダー、レオナルドが現われ休戦を申し出る。なんと第３の島“イーグル・アイランド”に住むイーグルたちが、２つの島を滅ぼそうとしているというのだった。ピッグ軍団への不信感は消えないものの、新たな敵を前に、手を組むことに同意するレッドだったが…。前作に引き続き坂上忍が日本語吹替版で主人公レッドの声を担当。
