イカゲームで優勝してから3年後、残酷なゲームに終止符を打つため、ギフンはゲームの黒幕を明らかにしようと決意していた。優勝賞金を使い、ギフンは地下鉄でメンコをするスーツの男性を追跡し、ゲームを終わらせるため、再びギフンはゲームに足を踏み入れることにした。そこでは、ギフンのギャンブル仲間であるパク・チョンべと会うことになる。
一方、警察官ファン・ジュノは、フロントマンに銃で撃たれ、崖から海へ転落した後に、船長であるパクに船で助けられ、警察に戻って交通違反の取り締まりをしていたが、兄ファン・イノと真実を追う気持ちは絶えず、ギフンと再会し、イカゲームが行われる無人島を探そうとする。
