中島敦、太宰治、芥川龍之介といった実在の著名な文豪たちがそれぞれの代表作にちなんだ能力を駆使して戦いを繰り広げる異能力バトルアクションTVアニメの第３クール。原作は「ヤングエース」連載の朝霧カフカ（原作）と春河35（作画）による同名コミック。第１、第２クールからボンズ（アニメーション制作）、五十嵐卓哉（監督）、榎戸洋司（シリーズ構成）、新井伸浩（キャラクターデザイン・総作画監督）が続投。「武装探偵社」と「ポートマフィア」が戦う７年前を描いた「十五歳」編（第26話～第28話）と、巨大異能戦争後を描いた第３シーズン（第29話～第37話）の２部構成で展開された。
組合（ギルド）との巨大異能戦争を経て、休戦協定を結んだ“武装探偵社”と“ポートマフィア”。ヨコハマの街に束の間の日常が戻るも、組合の残党や海外の犯罪組織が忍び寄る。そして新たな災厄が起こることを懸念していた太宰治に、盗賊団「死の家の鼠」の首領であるフョードル・Ｄの謀略が迫るのだった。
